Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms is a famous producer of Indian TV serials. Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai is one of those TV serials and an Indian musical blockbuster romance drama-series that broadcast on Sony TV. Once again Brooke Mueller was in the news again this past week. However, like many times before, sadly she was the subject of holly gossip for all the wrong reasons. Mueller was arrested on Friday in Aspen, Colorado and faces charges of assault and drug possession with intent to distribute after being discovered with four grams of cocaine. Mueller is due back in court later this month and was released after she made bail of $11,000.
Mueller’s addiction to substances has made headlines before, as has her many marital problems with ex-husband Charlie Sheen. Two have had a rocky union, filled with custody battles over their twin boys and charges of domestic disputes. In fact, Aspen Colorado was the location of their first major published drama. Back in 2009 police were called to a home in Aspen on the morning of Christmas to respond to domestic violence accusations. Sheen was arrested for allegedly beating his wife at this time, though Mueller was also allegedly intoxicated when she placed the call to authorities.
However, it has not always been bad for Mueller. Even prior to meeting and marrying Sheen, she was featured in a few acting projects and attempting to make herself recognized as new hollywood talent. She had a brief part in the series “USA High” and a co-starring role in the 1999 horror movie “Witchouse” and the film “Strictly Sexual”. As well she has been on the show “The World According to Paris”, a reality show revolving around socialite Paris Hilton, and even had brief success as a news correspondent for the popular show “Entertainment Tonight.”
Yet, it appears that her dreams of becoming a hollywood star have long sailed.
